1. Who We Are

Quantiflow, Inc. ("Quantiflow," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at quantiflow.app and develops the Quantiflow mobile application — an investigational, photo-based system for measuring menstrual blood loss. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our site or join our waitlist.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to serve you:

  • Waitlist & contact form data: your name, email address, self-identified role, and any optional message you choose to share.
  • Usage data: anonymized analytics (page views, referral source, device type) collected via our analytics provider and Google Analytics.
  • Cookies: session and analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To contact you with early-access invitations, product updates, and research study invitations that you signed up for.
  • To understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist information until you request deletion or withdraw consent. You may email us at any time to request removal of your data.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized Quantiflow personnel on a need-to-know basis. While no system is perfectly secure, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email below.
